A beauty salon in a provincial city.  The project took 8 months from design to completion. The site, about a 10-minute drive from the city center, is located in a quiet neighborhood that was converted to a residential area in 1927.  When we visited the site for the first time, we felt that there are many buildings in this area that are composed of multiple small volumes in an inconsistent physical scale, such as an entrance, a bay window, a terrace, a warehouse, and a garage. In addition, although the buildings are reasonably tall, the streetscape has an intimate sense of scale because its composition allows the line of sight to pass through to the open sky.

Continuation of identity and cultural vitality
During the 10 years from 2000 to 2010, an average of 250 villages disappeared every day in China, and the traditional rural society was irreversibly declining, and its economic structure, ethnic structure, cultural heritage, and value system were also gradually disintegrating. Sanxi Village in Zhongshan bypassed the process of historical city development and entered the new era in its true state. It is a village that has been completely preserved.

The Self Service Laundry project comes as a need to address to a challenging customer request, who wanted a laundromat space and, at the same time, wanted to offer a personalized service for the treatment of clothes. This space is intended to be a harmonious space which provides a lounge area for people to have a comfortable space while waiting for the washing and drying equipment to finish.

A dialogue between light and shadow, reflected space and opaque mass, is the main concept for the first electric vehicle (EV) charging station in the Canary Islands, located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where users are provided with developing experiences that change throughout the day. This way it indulges in the light cycle, which not only shows the passing of the days but also mutates with the seasons, thus showing the progression of time.  

The location for this operation was on a long, flat strip of land, on the edge of the manufacturing complex, Valorsul – a waste treatment company in the metropolitan area of Lisbon – located in the industrial belt of Lisbon, along the north bank of the Tagus River. This building was compared with others already constructed (main factory building and incinerator) with very different and very affirmative architectural languages. Thus, building a sober piece, which did not rival the existing one, seemed to be the path to the project.

The physical trauma and psychological discomfort caused by childbirth, as well as all aspects of life, what mothers feel is dullness,sorrow, even depression, and even they can not walk out, how suffering they are! Everything has to be faced by the mothers alone! What we are most concerned about is how to create intimate and confinement life for newborn mothers!

Localizado na Cidade de Deus, sede do Banco Bradesco em Osasco/SP, o projeto tem como objetivo atender a demanda por espaços de alimentação e serviços. Com uma população de aproximadamente 12 mil funcionários e diversos edifícios administrativos, a sede da instituição não contava com espaços voltados para tais usos.

Located in Cidade de Deus, headquarter of Banco Bradesco in Osasco / SP, the project aims to meet the demand for eating and services area. With a population of approximately 12 thousand employees and several administrative buildings, the headquarter of the institution did not have aimed spaces for such uses. The first analysis made sought to identify possible areas for the implementation of this project whitch should be modular and flexible. A point of attention set by the bank was the high demand for parking spaces. Therefore, the implementation in the remaining areas was opted in order to not reduce the number of it and in order to preserve as much as possible the existing tree extension. Another relevant premise was to implement the project according to the population density of the surrounding buildings.
