The project is located in a suburban neighborhood in Mendoza province, Argentina. The program considers the design of two houses for two young sisters on a plot of irregular morphology. The proposals had to be harmonious with each other, as well as unique since each of them had to respond to the desires, needs, and different materialities required. A joint implementation study is carried out and basic parameters are highlighted such as orientation, use of the land, and the link or articulation between both projects.

This simple house is implanted as a flower in the arid landscape of the Cerrado Biome, the Brazilian savannah. A couple seeking tranquility and connection with nature commissioned this urban refuge located 15 minutes from the center of Brasilia. The 2000 m2 plot made it possible to spread 375 m2 of construction through the land. Its volumetry consists of four loose volumes, drawn on a mesh of square modules and rotated around an uncovered internal courtyard, through which the volumes are interconnected.

Sui, from the Latin expression Sui Generis, means that which is unique and original, even peculiar. This building was erected in just 20 days on the iconic garden of Palácio das Mangabeiras, in the capital of Minas Gerais, Brazil. There was a reverent respect for the environment as we tried to create a gentle dialogue between what was already there and what was introduced there. Thus synchronizing the landscape with the manmade.

This project is the remodeling of an apartment in the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City. The apartment is located in a building from the seventies. The original floor plan and layout of the apartment cause the space to feel dark and with many wasted areas. The apartment has many advantages that were ignored in the original project, such as the wooded view, ventilation, and light that are rare in the area.
