at the heart of new world development’s ‘FLEUR PAVILIA’, the structure grows a garden landscape of flora, water and sunlight created by design firm ohtori consultants. named ‘FLEUR ISLAND’, the environment establishes a harmony between pine, bamboo and plum blossom as a blend of both japanese and chinese culture. as well as the garden’s stunning cascades, a unique aqua-sculpture, called ‘dancing water’, exudes eternal dynamism as it welcomes residents at the entrance to the residence. it has been carved so that light catches the water’s flow and reflects shimmers across the surroundings. this creates a purifying and mesmerizing quality that once more furthers the residence’s character of serenity and tranquility.

this quality, as well as nature’s simplified beauty, is at the core of the residence’s design, created by the late designer shigeru uchida. there is a blur between the boundaries of the natural exterior and interior, with both its details reflecting the craftsmanship involved. inside the clubhouse, there is an omnipresent wooden hue and bamboo materials that help complement the smart use of walls and zoning. this not only establishes a sense of charm and elegance but also signifies the architectural expertize associated to the area.

as a conceptual leader of chashitsu – meaning tea room – shigeru uchida influences the atmosphere of the clubhouse. the room, interspersed with hand-picked objet d’arts from across the globe and even elements of japanese ikebana gardening, ensures every resident feels the comfort of privacy just as much as the energy of genuine interactions. it makes for a space of bespoke living, one that allows inhabitants to feel free in a state of peace. to complete this experience even further, the building offers facilities including but not limited to: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gymnasium, art and craft room, sauna and steam room, children play room, music room, and a library.

as well as the function room, the residence also includes a gymnasium, art and craft room, and children play room
