Architecture with creative space and change- The project is an advertising company office building in the site on the back road of Hakdong-ro, Gangnam-gu, and the biggest goal is to differentiate the building as a creative space from surrounding rental buildings that seek an economical floor area ratio.
The theatrical nature of the space. Subway station is an important spatial node of the city. People transition through underground and surface spaces, traveling from home to work, social places, and consumer spaces. The beginning and end of urbanites’ days are connected to this place, serving as the optimal link between starting point and destination. This link is like a theater, where stories are constantly unfolding.
Narrative definition of space. We define this space not only as a transitional transportation node but also imbue it with narrative and richer expressions. Apart from carrying local expressions, there are also different connections and collisions between people and scenes, resulting in new stories and new cultures.
The Interface de Transportes Lourosa – Fiães is a transport interface, located on a plot of land with around 11,500m2 on the border between these two parishes, comprises a vast parking and manoeuvring area and a support building of around 500m2, which was chosen to be located perpendicular to the road that gives it access. This location allows a better integration into the existing topography, and also clearly separates the access to the car park at east from the buses access at west, so there are no crossroads or possible conflicts between cars and buses traffic.
The Atelier is located in a low-density neighborhood in the city of Posadas, within a one-hectare plot, surrounded by abundant and lush vegetation. It is also where the artist’s residence is situated, in constant contact with the surrounding nature. This special context set a fundamental guideline for the placement of the Atelier, to not cut down any trees. In this way, the project is surrounded by trees with large foliage that provide shade on extremely hot days.
The renovation of the Langensand block opposes its replacement and emphasises the preservation of the building as an integral part of the ensemble, along with its associated resources. The aim was to preserve and expand the affordable living space as well as to transition the residential block into a new life cycle.
This house for a Gujarati family is on the outskirts of western Ahmedabad. Designed around a cozy courtyard and as a linear stretch overlooking the garden, this house accommodates 3 generations. The house is a two-bay organization, with the north bay on the ground floor having the entry vestibule, the courtyard, kitchen, and guest room, while the south bay comprises the dining, living, and parents’ bedroom, opening towards the garden.

The Larapi Child and Family Learning Centre provides a warm and welcoming environment for local families to bring their young children to play and connect with other parents, center staff, and any service providers they may need. Symbolically bearing the palawa kani name for the Flowerdale River, which flows through much of the Waratah / Wynyard municipality, the center is intimately tied to its broader geographical setting, creating a strong connection with the place.
The house sits in the privileged surroundings of Cala Carbó, southwest of Ibiza island. Despite not being a first-line plot, thanks to its location, within the limits of a suburban environment, and the sloped topography of the area, the house possesses magnificent views towards the sea, the sunset, and the magical islet of Es Vedrà.
This renovation aimed to create warm multifunctional spaces throughout the two floors of a characteristically brutalist duplex apartment that are fit for a young family while embracing the existing features and geometries of the floor plans. The dominant materials are industrial: exposed concrete walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, and strong metallic elements.
