Dalston Lane, home to the London Youth Charity, St Mathias Boys Club, is now developed into 9 new Residential units. London Youth is a charity that focuses on supporting youth clubs all over London, although they had to sell their sites for cost and maintenance reasons. They have secured their future spaces through Legal agreements and planning to ensure they are guaranteed rent-controlled space as a part of the permitting and sale agreement.

B67 Building in Barcelona’s 22@ District / Nook Architects

The original building, located in an area in transformation within Barcelona’s 22@ District, was in a state of despair due to insufficient maintenance. Nevertheless, it presented a series of elements that offered glimpses of the building’s great potential. The building was split into six homes, all of which, for the most part, conserved their original layout, barring the odd minor modification. The most intriguing architectural elements, however, were buried beneath a series of basic-quality refurbishments.

Yves du Manoir Stadium / OLGGA architectes

Built for the 1924 Olympic Games, the Stade Yves-du-Manoir is emblematic in French sports history. The location of many sporting events since its creation, notably with the French national rugby team and subsequently with Racing 92 in TOP 14, a century later, the stadium will host the Paris 2024 Olympic Games field hockey events. On this occasion, the entire sports facility has been redeveloped to provide facilities with the Paris 2024 Olympic Games values. Developed in association with Celnikier & Grabli Architectes, the stadium consists of 10 playing fields and two buildings, one allocated to football and rugby designed by OLGGA.

Rather than presenting itself as a completed work, it embraces its role as a phase within an ongoing process. Each element, whether rough or refined, old or new, is equally valued, and gains relevance through processing, assembly, and the possibility of continuous adaptation.

Technocampus Acoustique / ars. architectes urbanistes associés

Created on the initiative of the Pays de la Loire Region, Technocampus are regional innovation platform dedicated to various future-oriented technological fields. In the city of the famous Le Mans 24-hour motor race, the project involves the renovation of offices and the construction of five research halls: vibroacoustic, aeroacoustics, quality control, digitization and simulation, and a hall for surface technology, materials, and industrial interfaces.
