Located in Moldovenești, Cluj County, the project is set within the cultural landscape of the Transylvanian hills, near landmarks such as Cheile Turzii gorge, Piatra Secuiului mountain peak, and the historic village of Rimetea. Locally, the 16th-century Jósika Castle and village churches shape the immediate context. The design responds by continuing the rural identity in a contemporary way, balancing tradition with modern living needs.

Pom – Two Residential Buildings Block III / zanderroth

At the Alten Markt in Potsdam, directly adjacent to St. Nicholas’ Church and Potsdam City Palace, zanderroth architekten has completed two residential and commercial buildings. The ensemble forms part of the new urban block “Potsdamer Mitte, Block III”, developed by the housing cooperative “Karl Marx” Potsdam.

Stjärnorp Castle Ruin / Tengbom

West of Lake Roxen, just outside Linköping, stands the ruin of Stjärnorp Castle, originally built between 1654 and 1662, most likely designed by Nicodemus Tessin the Elder. The estate comprised a four-storey stone main building with a stair tower facing the park to the west, and two wings facing Lake Roxen to the east. The castle is depicted in Erik Dahlbergh’s Suecia Antiqua et Hodierna from 1697.

Platte-Lostraat Collective Housing / KPW architecten

Platte-Lostraat – Collective Housing – The project, consisting of 28 apartments, is centrally located in Kessel-Lo, a sub-municipality of the city of Leuven, between the green structures of the Jan Vranckxpad, Trolieberg/Predikherenberg, and Michottepark. It has the potential and ambition to connect these green structures with eachother.

Sayuwon Park Visiting Center Gate / liveraniandrea

From the first idea by the chairman Yoo Jaesung in 2013, it is a private park ( from 2020 open to the public) where selected architects, artists, landscaper design are invited to dialogue with the natural landscape. The site covers an area totaling 330,000 m2 and takes about three hours to look around in its entirety. The park includes architecture by Alvaro Siza, Seung h-sang (IROJE), Wook Choi, Matsunobu Kawagishi, and Jung Young-sun ( landscape architect)

In early 2024, a Swiss artist and climate activist approached me with a request for a secluded retreat in the woods of his property. Paying homage to Henry David Thoreau, the idea was born to spend time in the woods, concentrating on writing and conceptualising the client’s activism.

The new Student Center for the University of Limerick, which is located in a significant site at the gateway to the campus, was generated by a vision for a place that is at the very heart of university life, transforming the social experience of the growing student population by providing social spaces, places for encounter and exchange of information, a center to support both students and alumni-a home from home, a place on campus that students can call their own. The project was first envisaged in 2015, when a student referendum was held following extensive consultation, to agree a levy that would effectively fund the development of the building.

The Babel Community – Coliving Residence / D’HOUNDT+BAJART Architectes&associés

Located in the heart of a Lille business district developed around forty years ago, the Babel Community coliving residence is part of a broader process of urban and environmental regeneration. The project involves the transformation of a site formerly occupied by obsolete and energy-inefficient office buildings. In their place now stands a 304-room hospitality residence complemented by a wide range of services and shared amenities, conceived as a new living environment within an area historically dedicated to tertiary activities.
