Located in the Oltre Po Pavese region, immersed in a hilly landscape full of  villages and castles, and in a flourishing nature made of  woods and large cultivated areas, Casa D’Agosto, a small village ,part of  the Valverde Municipality of  315 inhabitants, is just   twenty kilometers from Pavia.

The house was the rebuild option for a family of four who lost their previous home further up the valley in the 2012 Christchurch earthquake. The site was challenging with a long and narrow shape as well as being situated in a floodplain, however offered many benefits in regards to established trees and favourable planning rules. The form of the building responds to these site restrictions, environmental factors and the clients brief.

This project came to us very late when it was in execution. The beneficiary wanted to change the image of the building. We had to take over the entire project coordination and develop a project very quickly.

“Super Servicio Lomas” located on Pedregal # 24, one block from two of the most important thoroughfares of Mexico City, Periferico and Av. Paseo de la Reforma, was one of the first multifunctional buildings that were built in the city. The project, designed by architect Vladimir Kaspé, opened in November 1948, with the intention to integrate a car dealership, gas station and retail spaces into a single building.

Strategically located at the entrance of a new neighbourhood, the square provides a clear view of the crossroads whilst announcing the future development of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Drexel University’s Hillel House is sheathed in local red brick as textured fabric draped in an abstract menorah that terraces down to the street. Arranged on four interconnected levels, the square building has thickened side walls which contain services, and four central columns which structure the middle, front and rear.

House H, located in Oberbozen, is an intimate refuge, a place to live surrounded by landscape. Placed close to the angle of the existing holzner park hotel building, it represents the final point of the compound. The concept is that of introducing connection elements to allow the dialogue between existing and new. Starting from a linear volume, working by subtracting: by alternating intimate balconies with dug loggias, the attention moves away from the historic Renon train tracks.

The primordial cell and its division as the origin of life constitute the allegorized architect’s plan for the entrance building of the theme park. Borrowed from the nature, the process of the mitosis is both, project idea and role model for the filigree construction and shaping, which is in a dialogue with the nature. In this context, bionic borrowings visualize the evolution of life.

The Cs House is placed on a plot in 2 levels, long but narrow, which is accessed by its north side.
